Heartland Coca-Cola Bottling Company, LLC is seeking an Operator Manufacturing III to set up, operate, monitor, troubleshoot, and perform preventive maintenance on assigned machines in a fast-paced production environment. The role includes inspecting parts and adjusting settings to ensure quality and timely production according to specifications.

Basic troubleshooting ability, physical stamina to lift 25 lbs, and willingness to work weekend shifts are required.

Qualifications

• Must have basic troubleshooting skills in a fast-paced environment.
• Physical ability to lift at least 25 lbs and stand for extended periods.
• Weekend work and some holiday shifts required to support customer demand.
• Noise levels require hearing protection; seasonal temperatures to be expected.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate multiple pieces of production equipment.
• Monitor operations and perform changeovers to support SKU changes.
• Inspect parts and adjust or change tools to maintain quality specifications.
• Run scheduled QA tests and document results per GMP.
• Perform housekeeping and sanitation on production equipment.
• Unload/load products and assist with palletizing and RF tablet processes.
