Job summary

Heartland Coca-Cola Bottling Company, LLC seeks an Operator Manufacturing III to set up, operate, monitor, troubleshoot, and maintain assigned machines. You will inspect parts, adjust settings, and assist with production setup and changeovers to meet quality specifications and schedules.

Requirements include a high school diploma or GED and 1–3 years of manufacturing experience. Weekend work, physical tasks, and PPE are part of the role in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-speed environment and follow standardized work.
• Technical, mechanical aptitude for basic troubleshooting.
• Must be able to lift at least 25 lbs., stand for prolonged periods, and climb stairs as needed.
• Weekend work will be required, including some holidays to support demand.
• Equipment noise requires hearing protection.
• Seasonal temperatures can be expected.

Responsibilities

• Performs necessary pre-operation activities on multiple pieces of equipment to ensure proper startup.
• Operates equipment, monitors operation, performs setup/changeover, inspects parts and makes adjustments for quality.
• Performs scheduled QA tests per GMP and communicates results to ensure high-quality production.
• Performs housekeeping and sanitations on production equipment.
• May operate palletizing and stretch wrap machines and related equipment.
• Unload/load product using RF Tablet and palletizing processes.
• Scan product while stacking in Warehouse locations.
