Job summary

Epredia is hiring a 2nd Shift Operator, Manufacturing in Kalamazoo to run equipment, perform quality checks, and package finished goods. You will also set up/change over, perform basic preventive maintenance, and ensure a clean, compliant work area in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

The role requires lifting up to 50 lbs, following SOPs, and maintaining GMP standards while contributing to continuous improvement projects. This is a full-time position with benefits and shift premiums.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Ability to follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
• Ability to perform quality checks and packaging with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor manufacturing equipment on 2nd shift.
• Inspect and package finished goods; perform quality checks for defects.

This role is responsible for running equipment, performing routine quality checks, and ensuring smooth operation of manufacturing processes.
