Nestlé Health Science in Texas is hiring a Manufacturing Operator to join our Packaging Department on the 2nd shift, Monday through Friday, 2:30 PM to 11:00 PM. You will operate and monitor production equipment, follow safety and quality procedures, and help ensure every item leaving the line meets our standards.

This entry-level role emphasizes teamwork, attention to detail, and learning. A structured 4–5 day onboarding program is provided to get you up to speed, with opportunities for growth

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred
• 0–2 years of experience in manufacturing or warehouse work
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs and stand, bend, and move throughout your shift

SHIFT/SCHEDULE:

This role operates on the 2nd shift, with a schedule of Monday – Friday, 2:30 PM - 11:00 PM.

ONBOARDING SCHEDULE:

To ensure a successful start and seamless integration into the team, this role includes a structured 4–5-day onboarding program, typically scheduled from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM. All new employees are expected to complete this onboarding during their first week.

As a Manufacturing Operator, you’ll help make the world-class products behind the brands everyone knows and loves. You’ll work with machinery, follow safety and quality procedures, and make sure everything runs smoothly on the production line. This is an entry-level role where attention to detail, teamwork, and a willingness to learn are key. No matter the task, your work helps make sure every item that leaves the line is something we’re proud of.

This role will support our Packaging Department.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Operate and monitor production equipment
• Load, unload, clean, and adjust machinery
• Perform basic troubleshooting and routine maintenance
• Accurately measure and scale ingredients
• Complete quality checks and record data
• Keep your work area clean
• Follows safety rules, SOP’s and cGMP guidelines
• Performs other duties as assigned

REQUIREMENTS:

• High school diploma or GED preferred
• 0–2 years of experience in manufacturing or warehouse work
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs and stand, bend, and move throughout your shift

SKILLS:

• Basic understanding of manufacturing equipment and inventory processes (preferred)
• Comfortable using computers or tablets
• Able to read, write, and understand English
• Basic math and mechanical understanding
• Strong attention to detail
• Team-oriented and dependable
• Comfortable working around powders, chemicals, and food allergens

Pay: per hour

The pay range provided is a good faith estimate for the position at the time of posting. Final compensation may vary based on factors including but not limited to knowledge, skills and abilities as well as geographic location. It is not typical for an individual to be hired at top of range.
