The ideal candidate has hands-on manufacturing experience, strong attention to detail, mechanical aptitude, and comfort using hand tools and microscopes in a fast-paced environment. Candidates must follow SOPs and work instructions.

Qualifications

• 6 months of manufacturing or production experience required.
• Hands-on experience with assembly, manufacturing equipment, production processes, or hand tools preferred.
• Comfortable using microscopes for manufacturing or inspection activities.
• Ability to follow detailed policies, procedures, SOPs, and work instructions.
• Ability to read, write, and interpret information effectively.
• English communication skills including speaking, reading, and writing.

Responsibilities

• Operate manufacturing equipment and follow production procedures.
• Assemble components using hand tools and equipment.
• Perform visual inspections and identify defects.
• Use microscopes to inspect small components as required.
• Follow SOPs, safety rules, and quality standards.
• Read and interpret work instructions and production documents.
• Maintain production and quality records accurately.
• Support efficient production flow and meet quality targets.
• Maintain a clean, safe workspace and report issues promptly.
• Participate in required training and training with supervisors.
