The Machine Operator I-III (2nd & 3rd Shift) plays a critical role in ensuring the efficient and safe operation of manufacturing equipment during non-daytime hours. This position is responsible for setting up, operating, monitoring, and maintaining various machines to produce high-quality products that meet company standards. The role requires attention to detail to detect and troubleshoot equipment malfunctions promptly, minimizing downtime and maintaining production schedules. Operators will collaborate with team members and supervisors to uphold safety protocols and continuous improvement initiatives. Ultimately, this position contributes directly to the company’s manufacturing output and operational excellence during the 2nd and 3rd shifts.

Minimum Qualifications:
