Overview

We are currently seeking exceptional individuals to join our production team as Machine Operators. As a Machine Operator, you will have the opportunity to contribute significantly to our goal of delivering top-quality parts to our customers.

We have openings for new team members across all shifts, with the following shift times available:

• 1st shift: 7am-3pm
• 2nd shift: 3pm-11pm
• 3rd shift: 11pm-7am

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure the proper packaging and labeling of high-quality parts from the production line to meet customer expectations.

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience in manufacturing and/or plastic injection molding is a plus, but comprehensive on-the-job training will be provided to prepare you for your role.

Physical Requirements

• This position may involve routine walking and extended periods of standing.
• Specific vision abilities related to depth perception and color vision may be required.
• Occasional lifting and carrying of items weighing less than 25 lbs may be necessary.

• The role is based on the production floor, which is an industrial manufacturing environment.
• The production floor can be noisy and fast-paced, with constant movement of heavy equipment.
• The indoor climate varies, with warm conditions in the summer and comfortable coolness in the winter.
• Personal protective equipment (PPE) is mandatory for all production floor positions, including steel-toed shoes or boots and approved eye protection.
