Job summary

GAF is seeking a Production Operator in Stockton, CA to safely control and oversee various machines and equipment involved in production. You will monitor processes, perform routine tests, and keep accurate logs to ensure quality and efficiency.

Responsibilities include troubleshooting equipment, coordinating material flow, and maintaining a clean, safe work area. Ability to operate a forklift is required, with emphasis on safety and teamwork in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• H.S. Diploma or GED preferred.
• Minimum of 6 months in a manufacturing/industrial environment preferred.
• Available to work 12-hour shifts, weekends, holidays and overtime as required.
• Commitment to safety and quality.

Responsibilities

• Oversee operation of processing equipment and processes.
• Make routine tests, observe, chart, and determine when the process is complete.
• Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve issues with equipment, devices, or products.
• Draft and maintain production logs, inventories, and reports.
