Join us as a Manufacturing Operator in our Chardon, OH facility.

You will set up and operate equipment in the facility, including working with blow mold presses, assembling, testing, and performing other duties related to producing our various tanks.

More details about the opportunity:
The facility manufactures poly glass pressure vessels, hydropneumatics pressure tanks, brine, and water storage tanks used in water purification systems, including water softeners and well systems for residential customers. You will read and understand standard work instructions, comply with safety standards and procedures, and help maintain a clean and safe working environment.

Job Duties:

• Winding tank liners with fiberglass strands coated with resin and hardener.
• Producing liners and/or air cells using blow mold presses.
• Removing excess flashing from parts and performing quality inspections.
• Offloading, assembling, filling, testing, and packaging tanks.
• Following all 5S practices, supporting lean activities, and adhering to safety regulations, policies, and procedures.

Position hours/shift (Overtime Available!):

• 3rd shift: 8:30 pm to 7:00 am

Physical Requirements:
Standing, walking, twisting at the waist, lifting, and lowering weights up to 50 pounds. Steel-toed shoes are required.

Compensation:

The hourly pay for this role ranges from $17.50 to $21/hr, depending on experience. Opportunities for rate increases are available after proficiency in certain skills and completion of training. Actual pay may vary based on achievements, skills, and experience.
