Join us as a Manufacturing Operator in our Chardon, OH facility.

You will set up and operate equipment, including working with blow mold presses, assembling, testing, and performing other duties involved in producing our various tanks.

More details about the opportunity:

The facility manufactures poly glass pressure vessels, hydropneumatics pressure tanks, brine and water storage tanks used in water purification systems, including water softeners and well systems for residential customers. You will read and understand standard work instructions, comply with safety standards and procedures, and help maintain a clean and safe working environment.

Job Duties:

• Winding tank liners with fiberglass strands coated with resin and hardener.
• Producing liners and/or air cells using blow mold presses.
• Removing excess flashing and conducting quality inspections.
• Offloading, assembling, filling, testing, and packaging tanks.
• Following all 5S practices, supporting lean activities, and adhering to safety regulations, policies, and procedures.

Position hours/shift (Overtime Available!):

• 3rd shift: 8:30 pm to 7:00 am

Physical Requirements:

Standing, walking, twisting at the waist, lifting, and lowering weights up to 50 pounds. Steel-toed shoes are required.

Compensation:

The hourly pay ranges from $17.50 to $21/hr, depending on experience. There is an opportunity for a rate increase after gaining proficiency and completing training. Actual pay may vary based on skills, achievements, and experience.
