Job summary

The role emphasizes adult learning, ILT, eLearning, video-based training, SOPs, work instructions, assessments, and certification tracking, ensuring content reflects actual workflows and safety standards.

Qualifications

• 3-5+ years of instructional design in manufacturing, industrial, logistics, operations, or technical training environments.
• Experience creating ILT, eLearning, and performance-support materials.
• Experience producing video-based learning assets and SOP documentation.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop engaging operational training programs for manufacturing employees, team leaders, supervisors, and support functions.
• Create instructor-led, virtual, eLearning, video-based, and performance support learning solutions.
• Develop training materials including SOPs, work instructions, job aids, assessments and knowledge checks.
• Partner with plant leaders and SMEs to identify training needs and reflect actual workflows.
• Manage training timelines, maintain documentation, and evaluate training effectiveness.
