The Operations Training Instructional Designer is responsible for designing, developing, implementing, and continuously improving operational training programs that support employee performance, safety, quality, productivity, and engagement across manufacturing operations. This role partners closely with plant leadership, subject matter experts (SMEs), supervisors, and frontline employees to create effective learning solutions that accelerate onboarding, increase job proficiency, and support operational excellence.
The ideal candidate combines instructional design expertise with a strong understanding of manufacturing processes, adult learning principles, and frontline workforce development.

Bachelor's degree in Instructional Design, Education, Organizational Development, Learning & Development, Operations Management, Industrial Technology, or related field.
Ability to work effectively in both office and production environments.
Travel may be required up to 25% of the time to support our manufacturing facilities in the U.S. and Canada, including automobile travel amongst the three manufacturing facilities we have in the Columbus, GA area.
This is an on-site role at our Corporate Ridge Parkway location.
Incumbent must be able to stand, walk, sit, use hands, reach, climb, balance, kneel, talk, hear, and lift up to 25 lbs. occasionally.
The salary range for applicants in this position generally ranges between $68,427 and $85,534. This range is an estimate, based on potential employee qualifications, operations, needs, and other considerations permitted by law.
