Job summary

Zebra Flowery Branch is seeking a Supervisor of Operations to manage daily manufacturing activities, lead a team of up to 35 staff, and ensure GMP and ISO 9001 compliance. The role emphasizes safety, coaching, reporting, and cross-functional collaboration to improve performance on the floor.

Qualified candidates will have an associate degree or equivalent supervisory experience, at least 6+ years in manufacturing, and strong problem-solving with MS Office proficiency.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6+ years in manufacturing with at least 1 year as a team lead/supervisor.
• Strong problem solving, decision-making and analytical abilities.
• Intermediate MS Office and Microsoft systems proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day manufacturing operations and staffing.
• Hire, onboard, train, and evaluate staff performance.
• Collaborate across shifts to optimize site performance and safety.
• Prepare leadership reports and address performance gaps.
• Support GMP, ISO 9001 compliance and KPI achievement.
