Job summary

Zebra Technologies Corporation is seeking a Supervisor Operations in Flowery Branch, GA to oversee day-to-day manufacturing activity and lead a team of up to 35 staff, contractors, and shift members. You will drive safety, quality, and productivity while upholding GMP and ISO 9001 standards.

Ideal candidates bring 6+ years in manufacturing leadership, a related degree or equivalent experience, and strong problem solving, communication, and MS Office skills.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or equivalent supervisory experience in manufacturing.
• Minimum 6+ years in operations with at least 1 year as team lead/supervisor.
• Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) required (safety glasses, boots, gloves).
• Strong communication and analytical skills; GMP/ISO familiarity is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Directly manage up to 35 employees/contract workers to meet KPIs.
• Oversee hiring, onboarding, training, performance and engagement.
• Ensure GMP, ISO 9001 standards and quality metrics are met.
• Lead continuous improvement and cost/efficiency initiatives.
