ColonialWebb Contractors Company is seeking a Manufacturing Operations Supervisor to oversee daily warehouse and shop floor activities, ensuring safety, quality, and efficiency. The role leads Supervisors, Mechanics, Apprentices, and Helpers, driving productivity and continuous improvement in a fast-paced environment.

Location: 2820 Ackley Avenue, Richmond, VA 23228. Hours: 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM, M-F. Pay range: $32-$38/hr. Strong emphasis on Lean principles and OSHA safety standards is required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of supervisory experience in warehouse or manufacturing operations.
• Strong understanding of warehouse operations, inventory control, and production workflows.
• Knowledge of Lean principles (5S, Kaizen) and safety standards.
• Strong mechanical aptitude with analytical and administrative skills.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily warehouse and operational activities across assigned teams.
• Plan and manage workflow and operational goals while maintaining efficiency and minimizing downtime.
• Monitor team performance and address operational challenges to maintain productivity.
• Promote continuous improvement initiatives including Lean principles and standardized work practices.
