Job summary
Beehive Industries in Knoxville, TN is seeking a Manufacturing Operations Supervisor to lead daily production, post-processing, and shipping activities. You will supervise frontline staff, assign work, monitor safety and quality, and coordinate with Quality, Engineering, and Production Control to meet schedules.
We seek 3–5 years in manufacturing with 1–2 years in supervision, plus experience in regulated industries.
Qualifications
- 3–5 years in manufacturing with 1–2 years in supervision.
- Experience in regulated industries (aerospace/defense) preferred.
- Experience coordinating daily production and leading frontline staff.
Responsibilities
- Supervise daily production, post-processing, and shipping to meet schedules.
- Lead, coach, and develop manufacturing team members.
- Ensure adherence to processes, quality, and safety requirements.
- Coordinate with Production Control, Engineering, and Quality to resolve issues.
- Support LPBF and MBJ additive manufacturing operations per procedures.
- Identify efficiency improvements and reduce waste.
- Maintain production records and communicate shift updates.
- Assist with hiring, onboarding, and training of staff.
