Job summary

ITW Construction is seeking an Operations Director to oversee manufacturing, supply chain, sourcing, safety and quality across two sites (Libertyville, IL and Pontotoc, MS). You will set robust manufacturing plans, monitor KPIs, and drive improvements to deliver quality products on time while maintaining profitability.

You will lead cross-functional teams, manage CAPEX, and collaborate with global divisions to optimize the supply chain, inventory, and delivery.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of manufacturing experience.
• 5+ years building and leading high-performing teams.
• Proven track record in improving operational and financial metrics.
• Ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders without direct authority.
• Commitment to continuous improvement and process optimization.
• Demonstrated project management experience.
• Knowledge of OSHA and regulatory requirements.
• Willingness to travel regularly.

Responsibilities

• Develop robust manufacturing plans to maintain high product quality.
• Define KPIs and monitor performance to exceed targets.
• Lead quality, manufacturing, and supply chain operations for two sites.
• Manage CAPEX projects and capital investments.
• Collaborate with global divisions to optimize supply chain and distribution.
• Drive cost reductions through productivity improvements and waste reduction.
• Coach and develop Plant, Quality, and Supply Chain leaders.
