Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 5+ years of manufacturing, operations, program management, or continuous improvement experience.
• Experience leading cross-functional projects or initiatives in a manufacturing environment.
• Experience using data analytics and performance metrics to drive decisions.
• Experience managing production budgets, staffing plans, or capital investments.

Responsibilities

• Lead deployment and execution of operational excellence initiatives to improve SQDC performance.
• Translate site and business objectives into programs, projects, and improvement plans.
• Prioritize production activities and schedules based on product introductions and capacity.
• Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to align resources and accelerate execution.
• Develop and monitor operational metrics and performance reporting for data-driven decisions.
• Manage production-related budgets and provide recommendations on investments and resources.
• Develop staffing plans and organizational capabilities to support current and future needs.
• Drive continuous improvement using Lean Manufacturing to boost efficiency and cost performance.
