Cardinal Health is seeking a Manufacturing Operations Manager for its Sustainable Technologies facility in Riverview, FL. You will lead the manufacturing operations team to achieve safety, quality and on-time delivery while partnering with Engineering and Quality to optimize processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent work experience.
• 5+ years in manufacturing with supervisory/leadership experience.
• Lean Manufacturing & Six Sigma experience preferred (process improvement, waste reduction).
• Strong verbal and written communication for managing employees, suppliers, and customers.
• Knowledge of OSHA and cGMP compliance in manufacturing.

Responsibilities

• Lead manufacturing operations to meet financial, quality, safety, and delivery goals.
• Partner with Engineering, Quality and Plant Leadership to improve efficiency and capacity planning.
• Drive Continuous Improvement using COS, Lean, Six Sigma, TPM, SMED, 6S and OEE.
• Coach and develop direct reports with performance reviews and succession planning.
• Develop budgets and lead cost-control initiatives across production and site.
