Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in business, supply chain, economics, IT, marketing, finance or related fields, or equivalent work experience.
• Strong computer skills including Word and Excel.
• Internship in a manufacturing company/environment is a plus.
• Knowledge of the printing process is a plus.
• Motivated to succeed.
• Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Understanding of basic business practices.
• Written and verbal communication prowess.
• Very strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Aufgaben

• Learn six core plant business functions: manufacturing, logistics, operations, administration, human resources, and finance.
• Shadow position-specific roles and perform in rotations to complete each step.
• Assist Plant Leaders in daily facility functions and seize learning opportunities.
• Attend internal and external plant meetings.
• Continue reading industry publications to increase field understanding.
