Qualifications

• 7+ years of manufacturing or operations experience with increasing leadership responsibility.
• Bachelor's degree in Manufacturing, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Operations, Business, or a related field preferred.
• Proven experience managing a production or manufacturing operation.

Responsibilities

• Lead Tactile Production and own day-to-day performance, ensuring safe, efficient manufacturing per quality standards.
• Lead and develop the production team with clear expectations and accountability.
• Manage production schedules, priorities, capacity, and resources to meet customer requirements.
