Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Manufacturing or Mechanical Engineering.
• 8+ years of manufacturing engineering experience, preferably in precision machining.
• 3+ years of engineering leadership or management experience.
• Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes, validation, and CI methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team of manufacturing engineers.
• Direct design and implementation of processes to optimize quality, cost, and capacity.
• Plan and manage engineering projects including resources and timelines.
• Lead PFMEA and process capability initiatives.
• Support New Product Introduction (NPI) from concept to production.
