Job summary

Worthington Enterprises, Inc. is seeking a Maintenance Manager to lead the facility's maintenance program, including mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and PLC systems.

The role ensures safety and quality objectives, with collaboration across engineering and operations to drive improvements. The ideal candidate has supervisory experience, strong analytical and leadership skills, and can prioritize multiple projects while aligning with business goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, facility management, business administration, or a related field.
• Vocational training in electrical systems, plumbing, or carpentry preferred.
• Certified Maintenance Manager (CMM), Certified Maintenance and Reliability Professional (CMRP), or Certified Reliability Leader (CRL) certifications preferred.

Responsibilities

• Reviews/updates maintenance workload and priorities with the Maintenance Supervisors and Planner.
• Works on long-term maintenance solutions and projects with Engineering Manager.
• Collaborates with Managers & Superintendents on safety, equipment, or building issues.
• Attends leadership team, safety, maintenance, and management review meetings.
• Oversees maintenance employee evaluations.
• Works with outside contractors/vendors.
• Partners with plant and corporate engineering on short-term projects and continuous improvement.
