Qualifications

7+ years in production-oriented or electro-mechanical fields with 3+ years in a supervisor/lead role.
Experience working with ERP and MES systems.
Understanding of product life cycle (NPI to production), LEAN manufacturing, and ECO/change management.
Ability to interpret mechanical drawings, work instructions, and electrical schematics.
Highly organized, reliable, and adept at communication.
Passion for training and developing production staff.
Strong troubleshooting across processes and equipment.

Responsibilities

Lead technician staff in production and delivery of hardware through factory acceptance.
Set daily priorities and issue/close work orders on the floor.
Ensure safety procedures and training are current; document incidents and mitigate hazards.
Coach, mentor, and support production technicians.
Prioritize activities to meet on-time delivery goals.
Maintain quality standards and strive for no defects leaving stations.
Provide high-level production reports to management as needed.
Participate in 5S and continuous improvement activities.
Complete production system transactions (NetSuite/JIRA/Anduril MES).
Coordinate with engineering, supply chain, logistics, and quality teams.
