Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in a related discipline (preferred).
• 5+ years in a low-volume, high-mix assembly and/or welding environment.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience in manufacturing supervision, materials planning, production control, and purchasing.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate manufacturing activities to meet delivery commitments.
• Supervise materials procurement supporting manufacturing schedules and financial requirements.
• Direct and supervise manufacturing resources to efficiently utilize personnel.
• Develop and manage annual manufacturing department budget and operating expenditures.
• Develop and maintain manufacturing documentation for efficient operation of all manufacturing activities.
• Collaborate across departments to ensure on-time product delivery.
• Oversee facilities, maintenance, and special construction projects.
• Operate ERP/MRP system to receive/issue parts, create work orders, retrieve part/assembly information.
