Job summary

Qualifications

• 10–15 years in manufacturing leadership.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Supervise subordinate supervisors and direct manufacturing activities.
• Coordinate and evaluate units; hire, train, and appraise staff.
• Align operations to maximize throughput and control costs.
• Develop responsive manufacturing to meet customer needs.
• Establish quality standards across the manufacturing process.
• Coordinate with product development and quality control.
• Analyze remakes and complaints; implement preventative actions.
• Set objectives and assess capacity and capabilities.
• Monitor KPIs and report on area performance.
• Manage expenditures to meet budget and optimize waste.
• Drive cost improvements; lead continuous improvement efforts.
