Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive manufacturing leadership.
• Experience managing Production, Manufacturing Engineering, and Maintenance.
• Proven ability to establish KPIs and accountability systems.
• Experience in high-mix, low-volume manufacturing and remote fabrication oversight.

Responsibilities

• Lead Manufacturing Engineering, Production, Maintenance, and Incoming Inspection functions.
• Ensure safe, efficient, and reliable manufacturing operations.
• Allocate labor and equipment for on-time delivery and efficient production flow.
• Develop and maintain SOPs and manufacturing processes.
• Collaborate with Planning, Supply Chain, Marketing, Design Engineering, Procurement, and Finance.
• Establish and manage KPI systems and targets for multiple departments.
• Lead continuous improvement and root cause analysis to prevent recurrence.
