Job summary

ATI in Monaca, PA, is seeking an Operations Leader to guide a represented hourly workforce in day-to-day manufacturing operations, with accountability for safety, quality, productivity, and cost control across production units.

You will lead hourly personnel, drive equipment reliability, implement Lean improvements, and develop process knowledge for troubleshooting and continuous improvement. This daylight role may require weekend shifts.

Qualifications

• Minimum high school diploma and 2 years in manufacturing.
• Bachelor's degree in engineering or a math discipline preferred.
• Experience leading a represented/union workforce and using ERP (Oracle) systems.

Responsibilities

• Manage hourly personnel including daily assignments, work performance, and policy adherence.
• Drive improvements in equipment reliability with maintenance involvement.
• Implement Lean Manufacturing to improve safety, quality, efficiency, costs, and performance.
• Lead daily operations with focus on safety, quality, productivity, and standards.
• Develop technical knowledge of equipment and processes to support troubleshooting and continuous improvement.
