Job summary

ATI is seeking an Operations Leader to join our Monaca, PA facility. You will guide a represented hourly workforce in day-to-day manufacturing operations, ensuring safety, quality, productivity and cost control.

The role requires leading with Lean principles, maintaining equipment reliability, and developing team capability to troubleshoot and improve processes. Candidates should have a high school diploma, 2 years in manufacturing, and ideally a engineering/math degree; union experience is a

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent.
At least 2 years in a manufacturing environment.
Bachelor's in Engineering or Math preferred.
Experience leading a represented/union workforce.
Experience with Oracle or similar ERP systems.
Exposure to maintenance/reliability practices.

Responsibilities

Manage hourly personnel including daily assignments and policy adherence.
Drive improvements in equipment reliability with maintenance involvement.
Apply Lean Manufacturing to improve safety, quality, efficiency, and costs.
Lead daily operations with focus on safety, quality, productivity, and standards.
Develop knowledge of equipment and processes to support troubleshooting and continuous improvement.
