Qualifications

• Minimum 15 years of progressive manufacturing leadership experience.
• Minimum 7 years leading multi-site manufacturing operations.
• Demonstrated success with Lean/Six Sigma or similar systems.
• Proven track record of achieving operational, financial, quality, safety, and customer objectives.

Responsibilities

• Formulate operational vision with executive team and set strategic goals.
• Provide executive oversight of operations across California facilities.
• Lead and develop Site General Managers and leaders.
• Participate in strategic planning and deployment activities.
• Drive operational excellence, customer service, and financial performance.
• Communicate strategic direction across locations.
• Develop responsive manufacturing plans and capacity needs.
• Oversee budgets, capital expenditures, and resource planning.
• Develop, monitor, and improve KPIs.
• Meet strategic customers to maintain relationships and growth opportunities.
• Ensure ISO 9001/14001/45001 and regulatory compliance.
