Job summary

FM Industries in Fremont, CA seeks a Regular Full-Time Professional to lead and manage daily operations in the Fremont and Livermore area, coordinating CMM programming with Quality Management to drive standards and timely programming. The role requires a BS in Engineering or Quality or 3–5 years related experience with GD&T mastery.

Strong SPC, Lean, GMP knowledge and MS Office skills are essential; proven leadership and ability to document processes are needed to succeed.

Qualifications

• BS in an Engineering or Quality discipline (preferred) or 3-5 years related experience.
• Advanced Knowledge of ASME Y14.5 GD&T Techniques.
• Experience leading Quality in manufacturing or industrial settings.
• Ability to write technical process documentation.
• Ability to extract vital parameters from drawings and docs.
• Strong leadership and communication skills at all levels.
• Knowledge of SPC, Lean, 5S and GMP.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage daily operations of plants in Fremont and Livermore region.
• Coordinate and drive CMM Programming projects with Quality Management.
• Drive quality standards and KPI improvements (FPY, C/T, accuracy).
• Support CMM Programmers and ensure timely program delivery.
• Ensure safety and regulatory compliance.
