Job summary

FM Industries seeks a Manager of CNC Programming to lead programming teams in Fremont, CA. You will direct machining processes, fixture tooling design, and ensure product output meets specifications and schedules.

The role requires 10+ years in precision manufacturing, with strong CNC experience and engineering leadership. A Bachelor’s degree in Engineering is expected, with related industry experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or advanced engineering degree.
• 10+ years in precision manufacturing, semiconductor or aerospace preferred.
• Strong tooling for manufacturing and CNC work holding experience.
• Proficiency with MS Office and CAD software.

Responsibilities

• Direct supervision of programmers and machine tool programming teams.
• Plan, direct and coordinate machining processes and tooling design.
• Ensure processes meet customer specs and schedules.
• Develop and improve tooling and processes; oversee fixture design.
