Qualifications

• 8+ years of related experience.
• Prior leadership experience.
• Demonstrated knowledge / practical experience with Lean Manufacturing / Flow.

Responsibilities

• Lead manufacturing supervisors and a represented workforce of 30–50 employees in Huntsville, AL.
• Operate assigned workcenters to deliver product free of defect.
• Effectively manage change as assemblies transition from design/development to production.
• Analyze large amounts of data to help manage the workforce.
