Responsibilities

• Coordinate subordinate employee recruitment, selection and training, performance assessment, work assignments, salary, and recognition/disciplinary actions.
• Manage multiple functional areas of manufacturing (machining, assembly, tool and die, packaging) and ensure alignment with program milestones.
