Job summary

Central States Manufacturing, Inc. is seeking an experienced Operations leader to supervise daily production activities, ensure safety, quality, and on-time performance, and drive continuous improvement.

You will work with the site management team to execute plans and initiatives while supporting an ESOP culture where every employee has ownership. Responsibilities include coaching teams, managing KPIs, and mentoring future leaders to sustain high performance and cost efficiency in a fast-paced

Qualifications

• Two-year degree in a related field and a minimum of two years of experience in a leadership role or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Responsibilities

• Provides day-to-day leadership of assigned areas and supervises employees to maintain safety, quality, efficiency, throughput, and on-time performance.
• Works with site management to execute daily production plans, site initiatives, and company initiatives.
• Promotes continuous improvement and leads teams in safety, quality, and KPI attainment.
• Monitors performance, provides feedback, and conducts annual performance evaluations for employee owners.
• Identifies and mentors high-potential team members to prepare for higher leadership roles.
