Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum high school diploma or GED with related operations knowledge.
• Experience with quality systems and continuous improvement preferred.
• Background in manufacturing leadership and employee coaching.
• Comfort using computer systems and ERP software for production data.

Responsibilities

• Oversee manufacturing activities to meet volume and quality goals within budget.
• Supervise production tasks, quality assurance, and manufacturing engineering.
• Develop and maintain work instructions and process audits.
• Support continuous improvement and corrective actions across shifts.
• Coordinate schedule, resources, and cross-functional communication with HR and logistics.
