Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience supervising manufacturing teams and safety practices.
• Preference for Quality System experience and PPAP familiarity.
• Experience with computer and data reporting systems.

Responsibilities

• Manage production schedule daily to balance inventory turns and change-over load.
• Review production reports and ensure data integrity for QOS/metrics.
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives and corrective actions across shifts.
• Assist with mold and equipment repairs as needed.
