Responsibilities

• Manage materials and equipment for daily production and shipping of books.

• Oversee and direct supervisors on the assigned shift.
• Maintain attendance/time records and suggest disciplinary actions as needed.
• Interview applicants, approve hiring decisions, and oversee training.
