Job summary

Ingram Content Group is seeking an Operations Manager to support our Manufacturing team in Roseburg, OR. The role includes overseeing printing, trimming, case binding, and shipping for Lightning Source production, supervising associates on the shift, and coordinating with other departments to meet client needs.

The position requires a college degree or related experience and 3+ years of management with at least 1 year in manufacturing.

Responsibilities

• Manage materials and equipment necessary for the daily production and shipping of books to LS customers, including order routing, material requisitioning, shift staffing, and quality control.

• Oversee and direct supervisors on assigned shift.
• Compose and approve associate evaluations and maintain accurate attendance/time records; recommending disciplinary measures, as needed.
• Interview applicants, approve hiring decisions and oversee training.
• Ensure that safety and hazardous material guidelines are followed by associates at all times.

Ingram Content Group (ICG) is hiring an Operations Manager to support our Manufacturing team in Roseburg, OR . The Operations Manager will manage printing, trimming, case binding, and shipping for assigned Lightning Source (LS) Production departments. The Operations Manager also supervises all associates, directly or indirectly, on the assigned shift.

Schedule

C Shift: Sunday: 9:00pm - 7:30am, Monday - Thursday: 11:30pm - 7:30am

What You\'ll Need:

Hiring Salary Range: $97,201k- $123,251k. This range represents the anticipated low and high end of the salary for this position. It will be determined by factors including but not limited to: the applicant\'s education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities, geographic location, as well as internal equity and alignment with market data.
