Ingram Content Group (ICG) is hiring an Operations Manager to support our Manufacturing team in Chambersburg, PA. The role will manage printing, trimming, case binding, and shipping for Lightning Source Production departments and supervise associates on the shift.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of management experience in a manufacturing environment.
• 1+ years of manufacturing experience.

Responsibilities

• Manage materials and equipment for daily production and shipping of books for LS customers, including order routing, material requisitioning, shift staffing, and quality control.
• Coordinate with LS Departments to resolve customer complaints, rush orders and meet client needs.
• Oversee and direct supervisors on assigned shift.
• Compose and approve associate evaluations and maintain attendance/time records; recommend disciplinary measures as needed.
• Interview applicants, approve hiring decisions and oversee training.
• Ensure safety and hazardous material guidelines are followed by associates at all times.
