You will guide Production Engineers, Schedulers, Supervisors, and Associates, partnering with Engineering, Quality, Supply Chain, and Maintenance to achieve business objectives. The role calls for strong leadership, extensive manufacturing experience, and a drive for continuous improvement, with collaboration across functions to meet customer

Qualifikationen

5+ years of leadership experience in manufacturing or industrial environments.
Experience leading teams across shifts and departments.
Strong knowledge of manufacturing operations, planning, and continuous improvement.
Proficiency with Excel for data analysis and reporting.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with leadership presence.

Aufgaben

Lead and develop manufacturing teams across multiple shifts with a focus on safety, engagement, and continuous improvement.
Provide strategic direction to production Engineers, Schedulers, Supervisors, and Associates.
Oversee production scheduling, workforce planning, and labor allocation to meet demand and goals.
