ConeCraft, LLC in Fort Worth, TX, seeks a Production Supervisor to oversee daily production activities, ensure safety, quality, and on-time delivery, and drive operational excellence.

You will lead production teams, coordinate workloads with Engineering, Quality, and Maintenance, monitor KPIs, and implement continuous improvement initiatives while maintaining 5S standards and strict adherence to customer specifications.

Competenze

• High School diploma or GED is required.
• Associate's degree in Manufacturing, Business, Engineering, or related field preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years of manufacturing experience required.
• Minimum of 2 years of supervisory or leadership experience in a manufacturing environment preferred.
• Experience in metal fabrication, welding, stainless steel manufacturing, or industrial production preferred.
• Experience with ERP systems, production planning, and manufacturing metrics preferred.

• Supervise and coordinate daily production activities to meet schedules and delivery commitments.
• Lead, coach, and develop production leads and team members to achieve performance objectives.
• Monitor production output, labor utilization, and workflow efficiencies.
• Ensure compliance with safety policies, OSHA regulations, and company procedures.

• Review production schedules and allocate personnel and resources to meet demands.
