US Conec, Ltd. is seeking a Manufacturing Manager to lead and optimize operations across shifts, working closely with Engineering, Quality, Supply Chain, and Maintenance.

You will drive safety, efficiency, and high quality production while mentoring Production Engineers, Schedulers, Supervisors, and Manufacturing Associates. The role requires 5+ years of leadership in manufacturing and a strong background in production planning, continuous improvement, and data‑driven decision making.

Qualifikationen

• Minimum 5+ years of leadership experience in manufacturing, production, assembly, or industrial settings.
• Experience leading teams across multiple departments and shifts.
• Strong knowledge of manufacturing operations, production planning, workforce management, and continuous improvement.
• Proficiency with Excel for data analysis and reporting.
• Strong Word and business reporting skills.

Aufgaben

• Lead, coach, and develop manufacturing teams across multiple shifts.
• Provide strategic direction to Production Engineers, Schedulers, Supervisors, and Associates.
• Oversee production scheduling, staffing, labor allocation, and overtime to meet demand.
• Track KPIs related to productivity, quality, cost, and on‑time delivery.
• Identify and implement process improvements to boost efficiency and utilization.
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives in production methods and SOPs.
• Ensure compliance with quality systems and CAPA activities.
• Manage implementation of product, process, and engineering changes.
• Maintain manufacturing documentation and records.
• Develop and manage departmental budgets and identify cost savings.
• Collaborate with Operations leadership on capital planning and capacity expansion.
