Qualifications

• High school degree or GED required.
• 3-5 years of manufacturing experience.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily department operations to meet safety, quality, delivery, and cost goals.
• Lead, motivate, and develop a diverse team; provide coaching and performance feedback.
• Implement training and continuous improvement initiatives; resolve issues promptly.
• Monitor metrics, conduct regular reviews, and drive corrective actions.
• Coordinate with General Manager and cross-functional leaders on strategy.
