Job summary

Lippert in Goshen, IN, is seeking a dedicated production associate to support daily manufacturing workflows. You will ensure safety compliance, manage material flow, and move parts through installation to shipping, while maintaining accurate inventories.

The role requires teamwork, reliability, and the ability to lift heavy items. A high school diploma preferred; standard full-time hours are Mon-Thurs 6am-4:30pm.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Manufacturing/industrial experience preferred.
• Ability to read basic blueprints.
• Ability to lift and move items over 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Observe all safety rules and policies maintained by the company.
• Maintain material inventory.
• Move raw material through installation area.
• Assurance of proper parts specifications for chassis completion.
• Assurance of sufficient part supply at all processing stations.
• Move completed parts from installation area to shipping area.
• Assistance in repair work as necessary.
• Maintenance of good housekeeping practices.
