Job summary

Jabil in Kentucky is seeking an experienced manufacturing leader to plan, direct, and optimize operations across production, machinery, processing and packaging. You will recruit, coach, and retain managers at multiple levels and drive performance with clear metrics and disciplined execution.

You will develop training programs, implement cost-saving and process-improvement initiatives, and foster a culture of safety, quality and customer service across the site in Kentucky.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent preferred, and five years experience in a manufacturing supervisory role.
• Experience leading large teams and driving improvement.
• Strong communication and coaching skills.
• Ability to define and monitor operational metrics.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, interview and hire Assistant Manufacturing Managers, Line Managers, and MIT's.
• Coach and mentor Assistant Manufacturing Managers, Line Managers, and MIT's to deliver excellence to every internal and external customer.
• Drive continuous improvement and cost reduction through metrics and process changes.
• Coordinate activities of large teams and ensure recognition is fair and timely.
