Qualifications

• 3+ years of leadership experience in manufacturing environments.
• Experience with KPI boards, daily/weekly performance reviews, and continuous improvement.
• Ability to coach and develop direct reports and succession plans.

• Sustain and optimize ongoing production, ensure product quality, and drive continuous improvement projects.
• Ensure compliance with QMS, EH&S protocols, and site policies.
