Qualifikationen

• Proven people-development skills: coaching, building training, accountability.

Aufgaben

• Manage daily production plan and monitor manufacturing performance.
• Lead daily tier walks and check in with production leads.
• Oversee a large workforce (~160 people across 2 shifts; ~80 per shift).
• Identify and escalate quality, equipment, production, and staffing issues.
• Drive Lean/process improvements and reduce inefficiencies.
• Build training and develop leads/supervisors underneath them.
• Ensure safety, quality, and production goals are met.
• Work cross-functionally on quality documentation, validations, and production needs.
