Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Oversee setup, operation, and monitoring of complex manufacturing systems, including CNC machines and automated equipment.
• Lead root-cause analysis and implement corrective actions to improve throughput and quality.
• Mentor and supervise technicians to ensure production schedules and quality standards are met.
