MacLean-Fogg is hiring an Operations Manager for our Whitewater, WI manufacturing facility. In this role, you will lead day-to-day operations, develop and improve manufacturing processes, and drive safe, efficient production while supporting quality, cost, and delivery goals.

You will manage staffing levels, schedule production, implement best practices, monitor safety, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet production targets and customer demand.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• At least 6 years of experience in manufacturing or operations.
• Experience leading production teams and driving process improvements.
• Experience with lean production methodologies and operational efficiency initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day manufacturing operations with a focus on production efficiency, quality, safety, cost savings, and overall facility performance.
• Develop and manage manufacturing plans and production schedules balancing customer demand with capacity.
• Identify and implement best practices to optimize cost, reduce lead time, and improve productivity.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align manufacturing activities with goals and business objectives.
• Establish, monitor, and enforce quality standards to ensure products meet requirements.
• Maintain and administer safety protocols and support a safe working environment.
• Track and report vendor performance to ensure suppliers meet quality and delivery requirements.
• Manage staffing levels, develop team members, and promote 5S, teamwork, and continuous improvement.
